The KM-6 particle wear tester is designed and developed by our company according to the standard technical indicators of the American ASTM D4058-96 (Reapproved 2015) "Standard Test Method for Wear of Catalysts and Catalyst Carriers". It is a special test instrument for the wear rate of granular catalysts, catalyst carriers, etc. It is widely used in the fields of petroleum, chemical industry, scientific research, etc.

Main functions

This instrument uses LCD display, Chinese and English menus, simple operation, and the set parameters have power-off memory function, and no repeated settings are required. It uses high-power stepper motor transmission and high-precision single-chip microcomputer control to make the work more stable and the speed accurate. This instrument provides two working modes: wear and screening to meet the different requirements of catalyst scientific research and production units.
