Several maintenance tips for chromatography infusion pumps:

2. Before using the chromatographic infusion pump, pay attention to leak detection and check whether there are any leaksThere are leaks at the sealing point and on the pump body.

4. When testing the pump flow performance, the container used to collect the liquid should be a container with a small bottle neck to prevent the solution from evaporating during the collection process and affecting the measurement accuracy.
If necessary, it should be sealed and stored in a dry container to avoid mold on the optical system.
5. For infusion pumps with metal pump bodies, avoid using mobile phases that contain halide ions or mobile phases that can generate halide ions. If such mobile phases need to be used, it is recommended to use a pump: infusion pump made of non-metallic materials for the bodyruse.
After use, deionized water should be used immediately to clean the pump housing and all chromatography system piping.
6. The mobile phase used must be of HPLC grade or analytical grade, especially the configured mobile phase;
