Applicable scope:>
This instrument is used to test the condition of pilling balloons on woolen fabrics, synthetic pure cotton, blended, knitted, and woven fabrics, in order to identify product quality and process effectiveness. During testing, the fabric rubs against the nylon brush and abrasive, or only rubs against the abrasive in a moisture controlled state.
Test mode:>
According to the prescribed methods and experimental parameters, use a nylon brush or single abrasive to cause the fabric to rub and fuzz. Then, under the specified lighting conditions, compare the pilling sample with the sample and evaluate the pilling level.
