Experimental principle:>
The needle flame tester uses specified dimensions( Phi; A needle shaped burner with a diameter of 0.9mm is ignited with a specific gas (butane) at a 45 deg; angle, and the ignition hazard of small flames caused by internal fault conditions is evaluated based on whether the sample is ignited, the duration of combustion, and the length of combustion.
