【Operating principle】
The simulated wearable pretreatment machine consists of a breathing simulator, a model test head, a saturated water vapor generating device, and a temperature sensor. control device, flow meter, and other components can control the breathing simulator to run at 25 breaths per michickpeas, with a breathing volume of 2 liters each time. The temperature of saturated water vapor near the mouth of the head model can be adjusted to (37+2)deg;. Turn on the pre-treatment device, make the breathing device and the saturated water vapor generating device come into operation until they reach stability. Place the respirator on the appropriate test head in a sealed manner and test for approximately 20 minutes. Remove the filter material from the respirator, then replace it and repeat the test 10 times.
