Qinsun Scratch Tester Benchmarker Lixin 430P is used to test the scratch resistance and scratch performance of automotive plastic interior and exterior trim parts. It is a test independently developed and produced by our company Shanghai QINSUN Precision Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd. , cost-effective, complete after-sales service.
Test principle:
Mainly use the common GMW14688 and Volkswagen PV3952 as the representative, use a metal scraper needle with a certain diameter (0.5mm or 1mm in general) to scratch two groups of parallel scratches perpendicular to each other with a force of 5-15N on the surface of the product, and finally measure the color difference of the scratched area before and after scratching or changes in blackness. The schematic diagram is as follows:
