The dry resistance tester for protective clothing is used to measure the performance of material resistance to bacterial penetration on dry particles within the size range of human dander. Debugging equipment:
Provide a dry condition Microbial penetration tester is operational.
(1) Adjust the spirit level
Adjust the 4 rubber supports on the spirit level to bring the instrument to a horizontal position.
(2) Adjust the frequency of the gas ball oscillator
By adjusting the gas ball oscillator to achieve a vibration frequency of 20800 times per minute.
Sample prepareding:
(1) Cut 12 pieces for testing
The size of the 12 samples is 200mm × 200mm.
(2) Sterilization Treatment
Sterilize the cut samples and each test container.
(3) Fix the test container
Fix the test container on the fixed plate by the rubber ring, so that it is closely connected with the fixed plate, and the bottom rests on the stone plate.
(4) Preparation of HUA stone powder
Prepare HUA stone powder with AATCC 9372 Bacillus subtilis spores, the concentration should be about 108CFU/g, and the preparation process refers to YY/T 5056.5-2009.
Test procedure:
This test is carried out on the test pieces respectively fixed on a container. Of these containers, 5 containers of Bacillus subtilis HUA stone powder were used as a test group and 1 container of uncontaminated HUA stone powder was used as a control group. Place a petri dish on the bottom of each container a short distance awayunder the sample.
The equipment supporting the container is oscillated by a gas ball oscillator, and all the HUA stone powder entering the test piece falls on the petri dish, and the petri dish is taken out and cultured.
Count the number of colonies grown.
