Commissioning steps:

1. The instrument must be leveled before work. The specific operation is to rotate the adjustable machine feet to level the instrument.
2. Check that the sample's fixed value ring is screwed on tightly and that the airtight ring is close to the two bonding surfaces.
3. Check whether the indenter can move the indenter up and down flexibly.
4. Check that the connection between the suction hose, the flow cylinder and the suction fan is tight.
5. Check whether the door cover and door lock on the flow cylinder can be closed properly.
6. Check that the printer is properly connected.
7. Correction.
8. Check if the instrument is leaking: replace the calibration with a non-porous
< / p> plate The board has been tested and the value shown on the air permeability screen is 0 (less than 10 Pa allowed to jump), which means no air leakage. Otherwise, part of the instrument will leak and should be checked and adjusted.
Operating steps:
01. Prepare the sample according to the requirements and cut it to the specified size.
02. Select the sample fixed value circle and install it on the instrument.
03. Select the mouthpiece.
04. Power up the instrument.
05. Set parameters.
06. Press the start button to start the instrument.
07. The instrument automatically compresses the sample and starts the test. When the set pressure difference is reached, the sample is automatically released, and the instrument automatically converts the test result and stops.
08. Run the test of the next sample until the number of effective tests reaches the requirement (the number of times the display screen is currently the number of tests) per IOS 5453-97 for data processing.
09. The test results can be viewed on the airflow/pressure differential display and can also be printed.
10. At the end of the test, turn off the power, clean the instrument and all accessories, remove the fixed value ring and place it in the spare parts drawer.
