The digital bursting strength tester uses the method of hydraulic pressure explosion (elastic membrane method) to measure the simultaneous stress of materials such as woven, knitted, non-woven fabrics, non-woven fabrics, paper and cardboard in warp, weft and all directions. The expansion force and degree of expansion are experimental instruments independently developed and produced by our company QINSUN Welcome customers who have questions.

Operating steps:
1. Sample selection
Randomly select different components and tissues There are 8 samples of the structure and bursting strength of each sample are tested 10 times, and the average value of their results is used for analysis and comparison.
2. Test method
Different equipment and different test methods are selected, and the results of the burst strength of the sample are also different. The bursting time specified in IOS7742.1-2005 can be (20 ± 5) s; the test area is 50 cm2, and other test areas such as 100 cm2, 10 cm2, 7.3 cm2 can also be used, and three different test areas are used for the same test area. The sample is tested, and at the same time the influence of the test area on the burst performance of the substance examined.
3. Test results
From the analysis bliIt seems that in the hydraulic burst test, the test area has a great influence on the burst strength under the same conditions. In general, the smaller the test area, the greater the burst strength value. The burst strength value obtained by using a 7.3 cm2 test area is about 3 times that of a 50 cm2 test area. Therefore, the test area for the burst test must be specified.
