The color fastness to perspiration tester is used to measure the color fastness of various colors and colored textiles against perspiration, sea water, saliva and distilled water. It is suitable for all kinds of textile materials and textiles. The equipment is developed and produced by our QINSUN Customers in need are welcome to inquire.
Experimental Principle:
Combine the textile sample and the specified lining fabric together, after the test solution is processed, remove the test solution and place it between the bottom plate and the bottom plate, and put a weight on the pressure, place it at the specified temperature for a period of time, then dry the sample and the lining fabric separately and observe the color change.
Experimental operation:
1. In the acid and alkaline test solution with a liquid ratio of 50:1 (Specific voor preparation of the test solution (according to the standard requirements) place a combined sample to wet it, respectively, and then place it at room temperature for 30 minutes. Press and shake lightly if necessary to ensure that the test solution penetrates well and evenly Take sample, pour off residual liquid, clamp excess test solution onto the combined sample with two glass rods, or place combined sample on the sample plate, scrape off excess test solution with another sample plate and well The sample is sandwiched between two sample plates, and other combined samples are placed in the same steps, and then the sample is compressed. The equipment used for alkali and acid testing should be separated.
2. Place the acid and alkali instruments with combined samples in the incubator
Place it for 4 hoursat a temperature of 37°C ± 2°C.
3. Remove all sutures from the combined sample except one short side, unfold the combined sample and hang it in the air at a temperature not exceeding 60°C to dry.
4. Use the gray scale to evaluate the discoloration of each sample and the coloration of the side of the adjacent fabric that is in contact with the sample.
