Experimental Principle:
Using a nylon brush and abrasive or only abrasive, the fabric is rubbed and fluffed, and then the sample after pilling is compared with the standard under the specified lighting conditions. a sample photo and evaluate the pilling level.
Pilling test:
1. Set the number of counters according to GB4802.1-97.
2. Take the sample and clamp it firmly in the sample holder.
3. Put down the sample head so that the sample is in contact withthe abrasive surface.
4. Press the RUN key to let the instrument do the pilling work.
5. After the machine stops automatically, turn up the sample clamp and remove the sample after grinding for evaluation.
Fluffing test:
1. Take the sample and clamp it correctly and firmly in the sample holder. Set counter friction times according to IOS4802.1-97.
2. Select the sample pressure according to the regulations. If you want to increase the weight, you can clamp the required weight on the chuck shank.
3. Set the sample head down so that the sample contacts the brush surface.
4. Press the RUN button, the instrument can rotate according to the set number of times, and the instrument will automatically stop when the set number is reached.
