Fabric pilling process:
(a) represents the fabric as it is;

Test method for pilling performance of cashmere fabric:
Experience shows that cashmere products usually use Martindale and when tested by the random drum method it is difficult to get grade 3 and above. For cashmere knitted fabrics, the applicable anti-pilling test method is the ICI pilling box method, and IOS 4802.3 (hereinafter referred to as GB), ISO 12945-1 (hereinafter referred to as ISO) and JSL1076 A (hereinafter referred to as JIS) methods are now tested. 1. Pilling test box
The GB is consistent with the provisions of the ISO standard for the rotating box. The size is 235mm cube and the thickness of the cork liner is 3.2mm. The replacement cycle is not specified; the JIS standard stipulates that the size is 23mm cube, the cork liner thickness is (3±0.2)mm, the density is (0.25±0.03)g/mm2, the tensile strength is 980kPa( 10 kgf/mm2) and the usage limit is 1500 hours. The density, tensile strength and limit of use are not specified in the GB and ISO standards. The rotational speeds specified in the three standards are all (60±2) r/min.
2. Polyurethane sample loading tube
GB is consistent with the ISO standard for sample loading tube, tube length (140 ± 1) mm, thickness (3.2 ± 0.5) mm, outside diameter (31.5 ± 1) mm, mass (52.25 ± 1) g; JIS standard specifies tube length 150mm, thickness 3
mm, outer diameter 31mm, mass 51g, limit 47 g, replace it immediately if itdamaged and determine the hardness as (42±5)。
3. Adhesive tape
According to GB and ISO standards, it is 19mm wide PVC tape, and in JIS it is the 18mm wide vinyl adhesive tape.
