Thermal resistance test:
(1) The test sequence is: preheating cold machine - thermal resistance parameters Setting ——thermal resistance blank board test——thermal resistance test
(2) Preheating cold machine: After the power is turned on, the whole machine should be preheated for 45 minutes, and a piece of medium thickness fabric is added to the test board and test it plate at 35 degrees Celsius and remove the fabric. Then observe the temperature of the heating plate and the bottom plate to about 35.2, complete the preheating of the cold machine, and then put the test sample (or standard sample) into the test bench.
(3) Thermal resistance parameter setting: set according to the standard requirements.
(4) Empty plate thermal resistance test: measure the thermal resistance under the temperature gradient without the test moto place nster. The empty board test does not need to be done every time, since the repetition error of the empty board test is quite small, it is recommended to test once every 3-6 months.
(5) Thermal resistance test: place the sample to be tested on the surface of the test board, adjust the lifting knob on the front of the test bench in the test chamber, cover the four sides of the metal pressure rim, when the metal pressure edge is just horizontal, then put down the plexiglass cover, close the instrument door, press the start button and the instrument will work automatically. When it is stable, press the stop button and the instrument will continue to display the thermal resistance value as the test result.
(6) Replace the sample and repeat the previous steps for the test. Finally, take the mean value for evaluation. The result retains 3 significant digits.
Moisture resistance test:
(1) The test sequence is: preheating cold machine - humidity weathertooth parameter setting - humidification and water replenishment and film test
(2) Preheating cold machine: After the power is turned on, the whole machine should be preheated for about 60 minutes, and a medium-thick fabric is added to the test board, and the fabric is taken out when the test board reaches 35 degrees Celsius reaches. Then observe the temperature of the heating plate and the bottom plate to about 35.2, complete the preheating of the cold machine, and then put the test sample (or standard sample) into the test bench.
(3) In addition to humidification and water replenishment and film placement, the test of moisture resistance is similar to thermal resistance, so I will not repeat it here. Humidification and water replenishment: press the humidity resistance button on the control panel, make the waterproof connection of the stel rod slightly loose, the water in the water replenishment tank automatically flows into the test box, pay attention to the water level indicator on the right side of the test bench and the surface of the porous plate of the test body, and touch the surface of the porous plate with your hands on, when water comes out, you can stop and pull up the water level adjustment rod and the waterproof joint.
(4) Take two films, the elastic side is used for testing, and spread it on the surface of the porous plate, and distilled water can be added between the two films to moisten it. Insert the cotton pad into the attachment to smooth the film and remove the air bubbles between the film and the porous plate.
