Abrasion test method:
1. Use 180 mesh sandpaper to polish the floor surface vigorously for 20-50 Turn and distinguish then the quality of the wear-resistant layer.
Use standard sandpaper to put it on the grinding wheel (a special machine to test the wear resistance), weigh the floor, put the floor surface on the grinding wheel for 100 revolutions, and then proceed to weigh the floor! If the weight of the floor is less than 0.08g, it means that the wear resistance of the floor surface is not qualified, and the quality of the floor is not qualified. If the missing weight is less than 0.08g, the flooring quality is qualified. The country stipulates that the standard parametric value for the abrasion resistance of solid wood floors is or = 0.08 g/100 abrasion value.
2. High abrasion resistance is one of the excellent properties of laminate flooring, and the abrasion resistance value is a necessary index to measure the performance of laminate flooring. For the laminate flooring in the domestic environment, the wear resistance index of the first level is above 6000 rotations and the second level is above 4000 rotations.
