Test Principle:
The round sample is installed on the rotating test head, and the sample is rotated clockwise and rubs against the friction object ( sandpaper) with a certain speed, pressure and number of counterclockwise rotations. The rubbing object maintains linear contact with the specimen, creating a tangential rubbing effect. Change the direction of rotation everyRub 100 times (can be set) and evaluate the test results through mass loss and hole generation.
Experimental operation:
1. Install the temperature and humidity treated sample on the sample fixture, a rotating test head is formed;
2. Use the crown height test device to adjust the protruding height of the test head according to relevant standards or other requirements, generally 5-8mm;
p> 3. Install the test head with the sample on the test head mounting plate on the instrument workbench, and install and fix the test head through the cooperation of the positioning pin on the mounting plate and the positioning hole under the test head;
4. Use the friction mount on the pressure plate of the instrument to install the friction sandpaper on the lower surface of the pressure plate and lock the mount to ensure that the sandingpaper is clamped and installed flat;
5. Pull out the pressure plate lift lock on the right side of the pressure plate by hand, lower the pressure plate and make sure the sandpaper contacts the surface of the sample on the test head;

Install on the weight shaft above the pressure plate Weights corresponding to the weight (default weights of 1500, 1000, 500, 250, 100, 50 g are configured), so that a certain pressure is applied to the friction of the sample. Select the required pressure value according to the weight of the sample per unit area.
