Mattress Spring Fatigue Testing Machine/Cornell testing machine is used to test the bearing capacity and compression deformation of mattresses under prolonged repeated loads. Meets ASTM F 1566 standard.
Using sofaCornell fatigue life test method, the motor drives the eccentric wheel, adjusts the impact height of the impact block, and then beats the mattress at a speed of 120-160 times per minute, the counter measures the number of impacts and switches off automatically when the set number is reached.
This instrument consists of two test systems working together, one is impact fatigue test system (controlled by PLC) and the other is deflection test system (controlled by computer software control).
