The main equipment required for foggy testing is atomizer, glossy, and high -precision balance. The foggy device mainly includes the temperature control pool, the cooling system, the fog cup, etc. The foggy tester uses only the glass plate when the fog value is determined, and the aluminum foil is only used when the condensate is measured.
Temperature control pool: The temperature control pool is to heat the fog cup according to the prescribed temperature requirements. The temperature control range is 60 ~ 120 ° C, and the temperature accuracy reaches ± 0.5 ° C, which can be heated to the specified temperature within 20 minutes.
The cooling part: used for cooling glass slices (or aluminum foil). The temperature control range is generally 20 ~ 60 ° C, the temperature accuracy reaches ± 1 ° C. The cooling tablet is made of non -corrosive materials, and the contact surface of the glass sheet should be flat.
Misty cup: glass or stainless steel cup, smooth inside of the cup, the dog cup size is different due to different requirements.
Glass board: used for cooling node fog. The maximum changing range of the gloss measurement results of each point of the glass should be ± 2%, and the gloss (60 °) ≥130 (or the light transmission rate: ≥98%).
