The test standard specifies the gas analysis method The principle is as follows:
Put the test parts of a known surface area in temperature, humidity, airflow and pressure in the closed detection room of the given value. The formaldehyde released from the test piece is mixed with the air in the test room. The gas is continuously extracted from the test room and was washed by the gas bottle. The bottle is used to absorb distilled water. At the end of the test, the formaldehyde concentration is measured with optical meter. Calculate the amount of formaldehyde release with the measured concentration, sampling time, and the exposure area of the test parts, and is represented by mg/(m² ▪ H).
Sampling of formaldehyde release:
Use aluminum tape without formaldehyde to seal the side of the test parts , or brushing 3 layer of polyamine cordic acid ethyl paint for the edge.

Add 20ml ~ 30ml distilled water per bottle, string 2 washing bottles together, connect 2 bottles to the magnetic valve with a hose to exit. Note: The amount of distillation water depends on the air pressure on the test box 1kPa ~ 1.2 kPa.

From the beginning of the test until the end of the 4h, the formaldehyde should be measured for interval every hour. Every time 1h, a new series of tandem bottle is automatically connected. Throughout the test stage, the air pressure in the test box is monitored by the pressure regulator. The entire test process should be maintained by 1 KPA ~ 1.2 KPA pressure.
Pour the absorption fluid of each washing bottle into a capacity bottle of 250ml
,and fully rinse the washing bottle and the connected hose , Pour the capacity bottle with the flushing solution , and then add the steamFrequent water to the scaled marking line. Note: After adding distilled water, the solution must not exceed 250ml.
