The device is a practical test method for rainfall, applicable to clothing products, including waterproof cloth. It is used for measuring the wet-ability of the surface of the sample used in the natural rain, the amount of water absorbed, and the outflow rate of the permeated fabric, and evaluating the water repellency. The instrument consists of a rainfall portion and a test driving portion. The rainfall section consists of 300 identical drips and the baffle when the test isnrsquo;t going on that rainfall from the side of the flow out. The test driving portion consists of four test cups with an outer diameter of 10 cm. The test cup is mounted at 15 deg; from the vertical and the test cup is composed of a sample installation box and a cross-shaped wiper that the underside of the sample and rub with each other.
