Portable pH meters also include pen-type pH meters. Thanks to the continuous advancement of technology, pH meters come in different shapes and functions, e.g. B. waterproof and foldable. Simple and clear display on the LCD screen.
And it is equipped with a battery, you can change the battery and use it again. The key is light and practical.
Here is a market-friendly pen pH meter:
1. Take off the electrode protective cap, align it with the instrument interface and turn it clockwise until tight (do not use too much force), turn on the power switch, insert the electrode into the solution to be tested, and the instrument will display the pH of the solution.
To block the number, flip the switch to lock the display. After measurement, turn off the power, solvethe latch, remove the lead and put on the lead protective sleeve (a protective KCL solution is installed in the protective sleeve).
2. Device Standard: The device has been calibrated before leaving the factory.
When restarting after prolonged use and other situations that require calibration, calibrate before measurement. For the calibration method, see “Four. Instrument Standards” in the manual.
3. When the device is restarted after a long period of non-use, the glass bulb of the measuring electrode should be soaked in saturated KCL solution for 1 hour.
When soaking, the electrode should not be immersed too deep in the solution (insert 2-3 cm) and the electrode connector should not be wet.
4. Maintenance
a) The measuring electrode should be cleaned with distilled water and the electrode terminal should not be cleaned when cleaningreally wet.
b) The connection between the electrode and the instrument should be kept clean and dry. If there are stains, they can be wiped off with 99% alcohol.
c) If the instrument display is fading, please replace the battery. When inserting a new battery, pay attention to the positive and negative poles of the electrodes (red is the positive pole).
Scope of application: It is suitable for determining the pH of aqueous solutions in industries such as physical and chemical analysis, environmental protection, swimming pools, aquariums, food, cosmetics, soilless cultivation and breeding.
