The automatic thermal desorption device is a sample preparation device that is often used in conjunction with a gas chromatograph.
The sample is thermally desorbed into a large syringe, then the sample is manually withdrawn and injected for gas chromatographic analysis.
The automatic thermal desorption device mainly consists of four parts:
desorption activation treatment furnace, large constant temperature syringe heating furnace, double temperature controller and manual operation.

1. Operators should complete appropriate training and read the relevant technical information of automatic thermal desorption equipment in detail.
2. The consumable parts of the automatic thermal desorption device should be replaced regularly.
3. Electrical equipment should be serviced regularly.
4. The original components, power supply, sensor, touch screen, etc. of the electrical control part should be well insulated, rat-proof and temperature-controlled.
Reduce the damage to vital parts caused by oxidation, aging, leakage, short circuit and open circuit.
5. The knife edges, scales and pointers of various MesInstruments should be protected from damage, kept clean and calibrated regularly by the measurement department.
6. Due to wear, rust, dust, oil, breakage, damage, falling into foreign objects, looseness or improper operation of the mechanical system, the automatic thermal desorption device will crash, slip, vibrate, out of sync, and the screw cannot be adjusted;
7. If there is an electrical error, the device does not start, the indicator light does not light up and the display does not show anything
It can check whether the switch, fuse, filament and electrical components of the automatic thermal desorption instrument are leaking or not making good contact. This can be checked by measuring the resistance, voltage and current signals and by replacing the original components if in doubt.
