The high and low temperature test chamber is mainly composed of a personal studio and a control cabinet.
This article describes the daily maintenance methods of high and low temperature test chambers and control cabinets. Daily maintenance can effectively improve the accuracy of experiments and the life of equipment.
1. Cleaning the personal studio of the high and low temperature test chamber:
The stains in the experimental living area and the dirt from outsiders can cause the results of the influence experiments. Therefore, it is necessary to clean up the pilot area before the experiment.
Cleaning the pilot area:
a. Open the door.
b. Clean the inner wall of the box, the hanging rails and other places with a thin cloth.
c. Close the door.
2. Cleaning the high and low temperature distribution boxture test box
The accumulation of airborne dust in the junction box will lead to redundant connection errors. Therefore, the junction box must be cleaned quarterly.
Junction box cleaning process:
a. Turn off the main switch (earth leakage circuit breaker);
b. Open the back cover of the power distribution box;
c. Use a vacuum cleaner or air paint spray gun (compressed air for dry cleaning) to clean the power distribution box.
Follow the cleaning order from top to bottom to avoid repeated cleaning. Be careful not to pull the wires hard when cleaning, so as not to accidentally change the route or pipeline, causing damage and additional inconvenience.
