Sulfur meters and devices are widely used for sulfur detection and research in the coal, electricity, building materials and petroleum industries.
Common Troubleshooting of Sulfur Meter
1. After turning on the power, the Sulfur Meter keeps alarming
Troubleshooting: Open the top cover, observe whether the sample delivery block is in the original position. If not, eliminate the cause of the sample delivery block blockage, then turn on the sample delivery block and return to the original position to eliminate the error.
When the sample delivery block is in the original position, check whether the original switch is damaged and whether the connection line is broken.
2. After power on, the furnace body of the sulfur meter does not heat up
Troubleshooting: Checkn first check if the large fuse is blown The controller is damaged and find out the cause. Finally, replace the fuse.
Secondly, check whether the connection between the controller and the furnace body is broken and whether the silicon carbon tube is aged and defective, whether the thermocouple connection is disconnected and check then the electronic control state whether the relay is damaged.
3. The result is different when sampling and the charcoal sample burns continuously
Troubleshooting:
Check the gas. Check whether the gas path is normal, block the gas outlet of the furnace body, and observe whether the flow meter float can fall to the zero position, if not;
Check if the pipe connection is broken. Whether the match is loose, whether the pipe and glass melting plate in the electrolytic cell are clogged, whether the Elektrolyt should be replaced and whether the reduction tube in the stove is defective.
(If the result is particularly unstable, first make a standard sample. If the standard sample result is normal, this proves that the coal sample is a special type of coal or that a such as problems with sample preparation, less than required, expired carbon samples or contamination, etc.).
