1. Cleaning the V ball valve;

When disassembling, it is necessary to protect the precision-machined surfaces of parts such as the valve core, valve seat, valve stem, tappet, bushing and all parts to prevent damage in order for maintenance to be possible To reduce costs, special tools should be used to disassemble the valve seat.
3. Overhaul of the main parts;
If small rust spots on the throttle surface of the valve core and the sealsurface of the valve are core and valve seat and wear. It can still be repaired by general machining and grinding methods.
In the event of serious damage, new parts must be replaced. When repairing, it is necessary to pay attention to the coaxiality of the valve core and valve seat. If the sealing surface of the valve stem is damaged, it can only be replaced with new parts.

Packing, O-ring, gasket, diaphragm parts and other parts.
Removed packing, O-rings and gaskets must be replaced with new ones at each service. After removing the membrane, it is necessary to check whether there are cracks, aging, etc. Check the signs of wear and then decide whether or not to replace it depending on the situation. In general, at most 2 to 3 years need to be replaced.
5. Assembling and debugging;
