High and low temperature impact testing machines are the necessary testing equipment for metal, plastic, rubber, electronics and other materials industries. As long as they are durable, it is possible to detect chemical changes or physical damage caused by thermal expansion and contraction of the sample in a short time.

Troubleshooting
1. In the high temperature test, if the temperature change does not reach the test temperature value, you can check the electrical system and eliminate the faults one by one.
If the temperature rises very slowly, check the airflow systemtem to see if the airflow adjustment panel is open normally. Otherwise check the air circulation motor
If the temperature rises directly, the over-temperature protection means that the controller is defective and the controller must be replaced.
2. If an error occurs suddenly during the testing process, the appropriate error screen will appear on the controller and an audible alarm will sound.
The operator can quickly check what kind of error it belongs to in the troubleshooting chapter of the operation and use of the device, and then ask the staff to quickly fix the error in order to ensure that this is the normal course of the test.
There will be different phenomena when using other environmental test equipment. Thereforeit is necessary to analyze and eliminate certain phenomena.
Environmental testing equipment should be maintained regularly, the cooling system condenser should be cleaned regularly, the moving parts should be lubricated according to the instructions, the electrical control system should be regularly maintained and checked, etc. These tasks are indispensable
3. When the low temperature can not reach the test index, you need to observe the temperature change, whether the temperature drops very slowly, or the temperature rises after reaching a certain value
The wind in the working room cannot fully circulate. After the above reasons are eliminated, diit required consider whether it is a fault in the cooling system. Ask the manufacturer's personnel for an overhaul.
The latter phenomenon is caused by the poor usage environment of the devices. The location (the distance between the back of the box and the wall) must meet the requirements (this is indicated in the device user manual ).
3. In the heat test, the actual humidity reaches 100%, or the actual humidity is very different from the target humidity and the value is much lower. The former phenomenon: it may be the wet bulb sensor. Caused by dry gauze;
Then check that there is no water in the wet bulb sensor tank. The water level in the tank is automatically controlled by a water meter. Check whether the water supply system of the water level controller is ok. The water supply is normal and the WWater level regulator is working properly.
Another possibility is that due to long-term use or the purity of the water supply, the wet ball gauze will harden the gauze, preventing the gauze from absorbing water and drying. Cleaning the gauze can eliminate the above phenomenon.
The latter phenomenon mainly consists in the fact that the humidification system does not work. Check the water supply system of the humidifying system, whether there is a certain amount of water in the water supply system water level control of the humidifying boiler. The water level in the humidification boiler is normal. Whether the water level inside the humidifying boiler is normal.
If all of the above are normal, check the electrical control system and ask maintenance personnel to overhaul it.
