The whole work can be divided into five processes. The motor drives the drum through the transmission system so that it rotates around the axis of the main shaft, forming a centrifugal force field andreaches the feed rate that can be called the starting process.
The separated suspension enters the drum via the feed pipe and is thrown against the drum wall under the effect of centrifugal force, which is referred to as the feed process.
The liquid phase is thrown at higher speed through the filter screen on the drum wall and the filter holes on the drum wall into the shell space and is collected in the chassis and discharged via the drain pipe, while the solid phase is on the inside of the filter cloth remains, which is called the dehydration process. When the material needs to be washed, the washing water is added to the laundry through the washing tube, which is called the washing process.
After the dewatering is complete, the drum is reduced to a low speed and then the compressed air is connected. It is scraped off and through the bottom outlet of the drum, the so-called discharge process.
After the unloading process is complete, the scraper will reset and the drum will increase to feed rate for the next cycle.
