Main structure and working principle
1. Rack part: mainly composed of beams, columns, trays, oil cylinders, shells, pedestals, etc. The positioning and support of the forme cylinder during demoulding.
2. Hydraulic system:
It consists of hydraulic pump, hydraulic cylinder, switching valve, oil tank, oil filter, oil pipe and joint.
The hydraulic pump is an axial piston high-pressure pump with a delivery rate of 125 m/mm and a nominal pressure of 31.5 MPa. Driven directly by a 1100 kW three-phase motor, it is fastened to the base.
The switching valve is installed on the right side of the front panel and is operated by a manual lever. Raise the oil cylinder ton raise, push down on the oil cylinder to lower it, stopping in the middle.
The relief valve is located on the left side of the conversion valve and the relief valve is used to adjust the pressure range. This procedure was adjusted before leaving the factory and cannot be adjusted at this time.
3. Pressure gauge:
The pressure gauge of this machine is a shockproof pressure gauge with 1.5 degree precision, which is used to measure the work output Pressure in the cylinder during operation. It should be noted that the pressure value must strictly not exceed 30Mpa to avoid damage to the machine parts.
