The Acid-Base Concentration Meter is an on-line microprocessor based water quality monitor. The instrument is widely used in thermal energy, chemical industry, steel pickling and other industries, such as power station regeneration of ion exchange resins, chemical industry processes, etc., to continuously detect the concentration of chemical acid or alkali and to control aqueous solutions.
Features of the acid-base concentration meter:
The non-contact detection method basically eliminates corrosion, pollution and polarization effects
Using variable frequency excitation power supply and resonant circuit, and its unique signal sampling method, the detection transformer output voltage is increased by 100 times instead of single frequency excitation method.
The flow sensor has a low temptemperature magnetic structure and a ferromagnetic shield with no zero-drift phenomenon, which greatly improves the accuracy, sensitivity and stability of the instrument.
Using a microcontroller (MCU) and a dedicated interface integrated circuit, the detection transformer output voltage and temperature sensor output current are fully digitally sampled, calculated and displayed to achieve high-precision temperature local display and long-distance transmission of compensation and concentration values.
The imported all-plastic sealed case can be used for a long time in harsh environments such as moisture, dust and corrosion;
(4~ 20)mA standard signal output, which can be easily connected to various display and setting instruments and computer systems, and users can also choose (0~10)mA or (0~20)mA output mode.

Principle of the automatic temperature compenssation:
The concentration of the measured solution is non-linearly proportional to its conductivity, and the conductivity of the solution is affected by temperature. , It needs to perform temperature compensation, the temperature characteristics of different solutions are not the same, and the corresponding processing by the microprocessor becomes fast and accurate, realizing the function of automatic temperature compensation.
