Principle of operation
This type of instrument is generally controlled by a microcomputer, and the color on the test strip is measured with a spherical integrator When receiving reflected Light with two wavelengths, the changes were measured semi-quantitatively.

Put the reagent strip that has absorbed urine into the instrument's colorimetric tank, and the various reagent pads that have undergone chemical reactions on the reagent strip will be irradiated by the light source, and the reflected ones Light is captured by the spherical integrator. On reception, the photocell of the spherical integrator is irradiated with the reflected light of two wavelengths (measurement light that passes through the filter and a reference light beam), and the selection of each wavelength is determined by the detection element.
The instrument automatically calculates the reflectance according to the following formula, and then compares it with the standard curve to automatically find and print the corresponding results of different components. Classification
(1) Classification according to the working method can be divided into wet urine analyzers and dry urine analyzers. Among them, the dry urine analyzer is mainly used to automatically evaluate the measurement results of the dry test paper method, and is widely used in clinical practice because of its simple structure and convenient use.
(2) According to the test items, it can be divided into 8 urine analyzersen, 9 urine analyzers, 10 urine analyzers, 11 urine analyzers, 12-point urine analyzers and 13-point urine analyzers and 14-point urine analyzers can be divided.
