For measuring instruments, regular and good maintenance and care, and keeping the instrument in good condition can not only maintain the original accuracy of the instrument, but also extend the use and life of the instrument.
Share the maintenance method of the precision image measurement device. In order to reduce the number of failures of the precision image measuring device, we should do a good job in maintenance.
1. The instrument should be placed in a clean and dry room (room temperature 20°C ± 5°C, humidity below 60%) to avoid surface contamination of optical parts and rusting metal parts and dust. Objects fall into the moving guide rail and affect the performance of the instrument.
2. After using the instrument, the work surface should be wiped clean at any time and then covered with a dust cover.
3. The transmission mechanism and movement guide rail of the instrument should be lubricated regularly to ensure smooth movement of the mechanism and to maintain good working condition.
4. If the glass and painted surfaces of the workbench are dirty, they can be wiped with neutral detergent and water. Never wipe the painted surface with organic solvents, otherwise the painted surface will lose its luster.
5. The instrument's LED light source has a long service life, but if a bulb burns out, please notify the manufacturer and the staff will replace it for you.
6. The precision components of the instrument, such as the imaging system, the workbench, the optical scale and the Z-axis transmission mechanism, etc., need to be fine-tuned and all the adjustments made by screws and fastenersing screws were fastened. Please do not disassemble it yourself. If there is any problem, please notify the manufacturer to solve the problem.
7. The software has corrected the error between the workbench and the optical ruler. Please do not change it yourself. Otherwise, incorrect measurement results will occur.
8. In general, do not unplug all electrical connections from the instrument. If they were pulled out, you need to put them back in correctly according to the mark and tighten the screws. Improper connection at least impairs the function of the instrument and in the worst case can lead to damage to the system.
Common errors and causes of errors in precision image measuring devices
1) Blue screen;
2) Host Poor contact using the grid ruler and the data conversion box results in no data being displayed;
3) Transmissionand surface light sources are not bright;
4 ) Two-dimensional printing Not open;
5) The automatic image measuring device cannot find the origin or may turn on when switched on dont move.
Reasons for failure
Due to the long repair time and high price, the main concern is to delay the customer's normal work. There are many reasons for the problem, but the reasons are as follows:
1) The operating software file is lost or the CCD video cable is not in good contact;
2 ) The grid ruler or data conversion box is damaged;
3) The power board is damaged;
4) Plus damages or crashes of the operating system of the software of the image measurement device.
You may have just one of the above issues, or you may have multiple issues at the same time.
