Whether the near-infrared spectrometer is stable or not directly affects the quality of the measurement data from the instrument. Therefore, the gas control system should be checked and maintained regularly.
First, do a test, turn on the power switch of the control system,put the solenoid valve in the working state, then open the gas cylinder and the pressure reducing valve and set the function indicate the nominal value of the gas pressure and close it. Watch the pointer on the manometer on the pressure reducing valve on the gas bottle. It shouldn't fall off, or only slightly, within a few hours, otherwise there's an air leak in the gas circuit that needs to be checked and eliminated.
If the maintenance work on the near infrared spectrometer is done well, the service life can be extended and the job can be done better.
