Since objects have three basic forms: solid, gas and liquid, there are corresponding types of density meters. Liquid density meters are used to measure the density of liquids.
The liquid density meter uses the Prinzip of vibrating cylinder density sensor to test liquid density. After the liquid to be measured is pumped into the resonance cylinder sensor, the single-chip microcomputer takes over the measurement process, which is fast, direct and highly sensitive.
This density meter can be widely used to measure the density of various liquids, and with different concentration conversion software, it can also directly read the concentration or specific gravity of the corresponding liquid. Important installation points
The choice of installation environment:
1. The liquid density meter should be in a place without direct sunlight, vibration, wind, dust and magnetic field interference.
2. The ideal place to get upllen is a 20°C/68°F and 50% humidity environment.
3. Make sure the voltage used matches the voltage required by the liquid density meter.
Level Adjustment: Use the leveling feet to align the air bubble on the Lianyungang color wheel with the center of the Lianyungang color wheel, so that the whole machine is in a horizontal state.
Test bench installation: Place the test bench in the center of the test board.
Installing the tank placement plate: Place the liquid placement plate in the two concave fixed grooves on the host.
