The four quality indicators seed purity, clarity, germination rate and moisture are tested with the seed moisture meter.
Operating principle:
The seed moisture analyzer is based on the principle of thermogravimetry and is a novel tool for rapid moisture detection in the grain industry.
While the seed moisture meter measures the weight of the sample, the infrared heating unit and moisture evaporation channel quickly dry the sample. During the drying process, the moisture meter measures continuously and immediately shows the moisture loss of the sample. After the drying program is complete, the final measured moisture content is locked and displayed.
Compared to the international oven heating method, the infrared heater can reach the maximum heating power in the shortest time, the sample is dried quickly at high temperature, and the test results are goodt match with the national standard oven method, the consistency, substitutability and detection efficiency are much higher than the oven method.
General samples only take a few minutes to complete the determination.
