How to deal with shaking in the water bath. Faults of the bed:
1. The heating is normal, but the oscillation speed becomes slow.
Treatment method:
Open the side panel of the control cabinet, turn on the power and set the temperature controller to 0 degrees (i.e., no heating condition);
Turn on the oscillation switch, adjust the speed to a higher level, locate the two adjustable resistors on the speed control board, and adjust the right resistor counterclockwise to solve the problem to solve the problem.
2. The heating is normal, but the oscillation does not work.
Treatment methode:
Open the side panel of the control cabinet, turn on the power, set the temperature controller to 0 degrees (i.e. no heating state), turn on the oscillation switch;
Measure conversely whether the transformer has a 12V voltage output (use AC 50V). Otherwise, the transformer is broken and replacing the transformer is not easy at this time ;
This situation is mostly fixed in the circuit board. Some parts or motors have short-circuit failures (this phenomenon occurs with the water bath shaker, and the appearance of the transformer is burnt). If the above conditions are excluded, replace it.
3. The display is normalal, the setting is normal and it can not be heated.
Treatment method:
(1) Turn on the power, turn on the power switch, and adjust the set temperature to be higher than the actual measured temperature and verify that there is an output indicator on the water bath shaker. If so, measure whether the heater tube has a voltage input.
If the temperature controller has no voltage output indicator, it is recommended to replace the temperature controller.
(2) The temperature controller displays LLL or 999 (depending on the manufacturer, the parameters are different);
The failure of the water bath shaker is temperature If If the sensor is open or shorted, simply replace it.
