Maintenance of low voltage distribution cabinets is mainly to ensure the normal and safe operation of low voltage distribution cabinets.
The low voltage power distribution panel should be inspected and serviced annually. The overhaul will be completed with the least amount of power down time, and the owner's power down time is usually scheduled a day in advance.
Contents and steps of maintenance of low-voltage distribution cabinet:
1. Maintenance should start from the low-voltage side of the transformer.
After the power distribution cabinet is powered off, clean the dust inside the cabinet and check whether the connection of busbar and drain wire is good;
Check Check for heat and discoloration at the joint. Check whether the cable head and wiring pile head are firm and reliable. Check if dThe ground wire is rusted and the wiring post head is fastened. All connections of the secondary circuit wiring are reliable, and the insulation meets the requirements.
2. When checking the drawer switch, the drawer switch cabinet should be flexible when pushing in or pulling out, and the mechanical lock should be reliable. Check that the automatic air switch actuator is present on the drawer cabinet and that the wiring screws are tight.
Clean the dirt on and around the surface of the contactor contacts and check that the contactor contacts are in good condition. When the head is severely worn (the point of contact is). When the contact wears down to 1/3 of its original thickness, it should be replaced. The power gauge and indicator light are in good condition.
3. When overhauling the capacitor cabinet, first disconnecthst the main switch of the capacitor cabinet and discharge the capacitors individually to earth with a cable of more than 10 mm2. Oil leakage phenomenon when the capacitor case expands;
Treat it in time, replace the discharge device, the control circuit wiring screw and the grounding device. After power on, do the debugging of display part and auto compensation part.
4. Overhaul of Circuit Breakers in Receiving Closets and Contact Closets: After disconnecting all loads, shake out the circuit breaker with the handle.
Retighten the wiring screws and check whether the elasticity of the knife edge meets the requirements.
Check if the arc chute is broken or damaged, manually check if the opening and closing of the mechanical lock is correct, check if the contacts are in goodm are in contact, repair the surface of the contacts If necessary, check the inner spring, gaskets and screws for looseness, deformation and loosening.
