The electromagnetic flow meter is a flow meter with high precision, high reliability and long service life. It uses embedded single-chip technology and is an inductive meter that measures the volume flow of conductive media in pipes according to Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction.
Besides satisfactory on-site display, the electromagnetic flow meter can also output 4~20mA current signal for recording, adjustment and control.
Each connection is vital in the process of product structure design, material selection, process development, production assembly and factory testing. The multi-electrode structure ensures measurement accuracy and does not require a ground ring at all times, reducing the volume of the meter and reducing installation and maintenance efforts.
The electromagnetic flow meter has a chineTechnical LCD display with backlight and wide temperature range. It has comprehensive and practical functions, intuitive display, simple operation and use, which can reduce the inconvenience caused by the English menu of other electromagnetic flow meters.
The maintenance of the electromagnetic flow meter should start from several aspects:
1. The electromagnetic maintenance is relatively small. Check every day whether the operation is stable (according to the production process, copy every day. It can also be found on the clock);
If it is a split type, the sensor is installed well in the shade, paying attention to whether the rainy days will flood the sensor.
For IP65, pay attention to whether there will be water splashing.
In some places, the power failure of the instrument does not affect the production lightning protection.
2. The selection is mainly made
Please note that the measured medium must have a certain conductivity
Caliber selection, pressure resistance (electromagnetic shall not be selected for negative pressure), temperature resistance, flange standard selection (installation structure);
Electrode , liner selection;
It is widely used in industrial technology and management departments, such as chemical industry, environmental protection, metallurgy, medicine, power supply and drainage, etc.
