Precautions for storage and maintenance of the ultrasonic flaw detector
Storage:
After using the flaw detector, clean the surface and place it in a dry and ventilated space, away from direct sunlight and in contact with rainwater, oil stains, corrosive gases, etc., and avoid vibration and extrusion.
Do not distort or stress the probe connector. Hold the plug by the root when unplugging or plugging in the cable.
Power supply method:
1. When using ultrasonic flaw detector, it is generally used , DC -Power supply method.
When the DC battery voltage is too low, the fault detector will alarm; the battery power is displayed in the lower left corner of the Ultrasonic Flaw Detector screen.
When the battery power indicator value is less than 10, you should save the data as soon as possible to avoid data loss; or connect the charging adapter to charge the battery and turn off the power while charging.
Otherwise, the ultrasonic flaw detector will switch off automatically and the detection data will be lost. Please use the charger connected to the ultrasonic flaw detector to charge the battery, so that it can work normally when charging.
Charging means that the instrument's battery enters a self-protection state due to insufficient power. In the battery protection state, the instrument cannot be turned on. At this point, the battery should be charged.
Insert the charging plug of the charger into the charging socket of the instrument and plug the charger into the AC 220V/50Hz power socket.
2. Precautions: When theThe above insertion order is reversed, abnormal charging may sometimes occur.
After connecting, please check the charging indicator to make sure the charger indicator light turns red and goes to normal charging status; after the charger indicator light turns green, it means the battery is charged normally.
If the ultrasonic flaw detector is not used for a long time, please charge the battery once a month to extend the battery life.
3. Powered by lithium batteries We pre-installed large capacity lithium-ion batteries in the ultrasonic flaw detector, which can continuously power the device for more than several hours after running fully charged ;
If you need to work continuously for a long period of time, you can also pack a set of spare batteries.
With increasingCharging and discharging time may shorten the continuous operating time of the lithium battery, which is a normal phenomenon.
Select the correct probe and sensitivity test block according to the detected error detection method.
If the device is not used for a long time, it should be turned on once every half a month.
