The pure water hydrogen generator consists of pure water electrolytic cell, pressure control, drying and purification, flow rate indicator and other systems.
The pure water electrolysis hydrogen generator only needs to electrolyze pure water to generate hydrogen. After electrification, the cathode of the electrolytic cell produces hydrogen, the anode produces oxygen, and the hydrogen enters the hydrogen/water separator. Oxygen is released into the atmosphere.
The hydrogen/water separator separates hydrogen from water. After the hydrogen enters the dryer for dehumidification, it is adjusted to the rated pressure (adjustable from 0.02 to 0.45MPa) by the pressure stabilizing valve and the control valve, and discharged at the outlet.
The hydrogen production pressure of the electrolytic cell is controlled to about 0.45 MPa by the sensor. When the pressure reaches the set value, dthe power supply to the electrolytic cell is interrupted; when the pressure drops, power will be restored when it is below the set value.
Maintenance and maintenance of the pure water electrolysis hydrogen generator:
1. According to the frequency of use, replace the color-changing silica gel in time, and other filter materials in the Replace every two or three months
2. When the newly configured electrolyte is reduced, simply add secondary distilled water or deionized water directly, being careful not to exceed the headwater level. Usually 15% KOH solution.
3. When using the hydrogen generator, pay attention to the external connection of the instrument to ensure that the gas flow and pressure are stable.
4. When replacing the filter material, make sure that the filter cover, i.e. the base part, is tighteneden is.
5. When replacing the electrolyte, be careful not to splash the electrolyte to avoid corrosion.
