Electric heaters for high-pressure reactors can be divided into three types, each aimed at a different heating position, and the heating effect is also different.

The other is the deep red electric heater of the high-pressure reactor, that is, the electric heater envelops the bottom, middle and lower parts of the high-pressure reactor for heating.
Because this type of device has the characteristics of large heating area, stable and rapid temperature rise, uniform heat output, and convenient temperature control, it can be controlled in sections from the top, middle and lower, thereby the high-pressure reactor is manufactured. The temperature of the inner boiler wall is easy to control.
Related maintenance of high-pressure electric heated reactor:
1 should be operated strictly according to the working pressure and working temperature specified on the product nameplate, so as not to cause danger .
2 Strictly comply with regulations on refrigeration and othersaspects in the product's instruction manual and do a good job of servicing and maintaining the equipment.
3 When using all valves, the valve stem (needle) should be rotated slowly to push the tight cover and achieve the sealing effect. Do not use too much force when closing to avoid damaging the sealing surface.
4 The control instruments should be operated by special personnel, and overload protection devices should be set up according to the regulations.
5. Installation should be done on a firm and flat workbench. The height of the workbench depends on the use. There must be a certain clearance around the device and workbench for installation, and later maintenance. .
6 When installing, the gear shaft must be perpendicular to the ground, and the slope of non-perpendicularity must not be more than 1/1000 of the total height of the equipmentn
7 Equipment The closed parts at each process connection and the safety valve of the reactor must be equipped according to the requirements of the reactor.
8 After completing the installation, check the strength and reliability of the connecting parts and transmission parts, and conduct an airtightness test on the connecting pipes, nozzles, gaskets and the whole machine. Drop , Leak Phenomenon.
