1. When the temperature changeIf the battery does not reach the test temperature value, you can check the electrical system and eliminate the faults one by one.
If the temperature rises very slowly, in the air circulation system, check whether the air circulation control damper is open normally, otherwise, check whether the air circulation motor is running normally.
If the temperature overshoot is severe, the PID tuning parameters need to be adjusted. If the temperature rises directly, the over-temperature protection means that the controller is defective and the controller must be replaced.

There will be different phenomena when using other environmental test equipment. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and eliminate certain phenomena.

3. When the low temperature can not reach the test index, you need to observe the temperature change, whether the temperature drops very slowly, or the temperature rises after reaching a certain value
Are there too many test samples in the work space so that the wind cannot fully circulate in the work space? After eliminating the above reasons, it is necessary to check whether there is a fault in the cooling system. Ask the manufacturer's personnel for an overhaul.
The latter phenomenon is caused by the poor usage environment of the devices. The position (the distance between the back of the box and the wall) must meet the requirements (this is specified in the device user manual ).
4. In the heat test, the actual humidity reaches 100%, or the actual humidity is very different from the target humidity and the value is much lower. The former phenomenon:
The cause may be drying out of the gauze on the wet bulb sensor. Then check that there is no water in the wet bulb sensor tank. The Water Stand in the tank is automatically controlled by a water level controller. Check whether the water supply system of the water level controller is working properly. The water supply is normal and the water level controller is working properly.
Another possibility is that due to long-term use or the purity of the water supply, the wet ball gauze will harden the gauze, preventing the gauze from absorbing water and drying. Cleaning the gauze can eliminate the above phenomenon.
The latter phenomenon mainly consists in the fact that the humidification system does not work. Check the water supply system of the humidifying system, whether there is a certain amount of water in the water supply system water level control of the humidifying boiler. The water level in the humidification tank is normal. Whether the water level inside the humidifying boiler is normal.
