Low temperature test chamber operation procedure
1. Turn on the main switch
2. Put the sample in the test chamber and the products must not be in Contact each other to close the test chamber door.
3. Turn on the temperature controller and set the temperature according to the specified requirements. The operation method is as follows: Click eonce on the SET button. The digital tube on the bottom row of the meter will flash . button to change the set value. After setting, click the “SET” button twice to return to the measurement interface. Note that the value of T1 is “0” and it is strictly forbidden to change it
4. Press the start button and then press the timer switch to turn on the timer and set the time according to specified requirements . The operation method is as follows. Use the “▲” button to change the time that the window row flashes. After the runtime ends, wait for the window to stop blinking and click the Back button. Start timing.
5. After the high temperature test is completed, press the stop button and wait 0.5 hours to 1 hour for natural cooling to take the sample
6. Put the taken Perbe in the air for 1 hour and 2 hours to observe the surface of the sample. Changes must be recorded in the “Low Temperature Test Chamber Report”.
