According to the testing requirements and testing standards, the liquid cold and heat shock chamber is divided into three chambers and two chambers. The difference lies in the test method and the internal structure. The three-box liquid cold and heat shock box is divided into a cold room, a heat storage room and a test room. The product is placed in the test room during the test. The two box type is divided into a high temperature room and a low temperature room. Switching between high and low temperature is done by moving the basket, driven by the motor. The product is placed in the basket and moves with the basket.
In general, the operation of the liquid-type cold and hot shock box is divided into five steps: pre-treatment, initial detection, test, recovery and detection. The following test equipment will tell you the detailed process content:
1. Pretreatment: Place the tested sample belowr normal atmospheric test conditions until the temperature is stable.
2. Initial Inspection: Compare the tested sample with the standard requirements, and after meeting the requirements, put it directly into the high and low temperature impact test box.
3. Test:
1) The test sample should be placed in the test box according to the standard requirements, and the temperature in the test box (chamber) should be raised to the specified point is reached and kept for a certain period of time. Until the test sample reaches a stable temperature, the longer time will prevail.
2) After the high-temperature phase of the liquid thermal shock chamber is over, transfer the test sample to a low-temperature test chamber (chamber) set at -55°C. Let stand for about 5 minutes and hold for 1 hour or until the test sample reaches. The temperature is stable, subject to a long period of time.
3) NAfter the low-temperature phase is over, transfer the test sample to the high-temperature test box (chamber) set at 70°C within 5 minutes and keep for 1 hour or until the test sample reaches a stable temperature, as the case may be , which time lasts longer.
4) Repeat the experimental method above to complete three cycles. Depending on the size of the sample and the size of the room, the time may have a slight error.
4. Recovery: After the test sample is removed from the test chamber, it should be recovered under normal atmospheric test conditions until the test sample reaches a stable temperature.
5. Detection: Evaluate the test results using the damage level in the standard and other methods.
