Many users of salt spray test chambers do not know how to clean them, so such failures occur from time to time, which shortens the life of the salt spray test chamber. Therefore, this article gives the following summary about this problem:
1. At the end of each test, it is recommended to clean the salt spray test chamber (including test chamber, salt water tank, pressure tank and sealed water tank) with clean water to store the equipment clean.
2. During each test or at the end of the test, the solution in the measuring cup should be poured out and cleaned in time to avoid the accumulation of saline crystals and affect the calculation of sedimentation.
3. When cleaning the box, please pay attention to the following:
(1) After each test, the oil-water filter switch should be turned on to drain the oily water.
(2) If the test is not performed for a long time, the WWater in the saturator should be drained and the water in the saturator should be replaced periodically under normal use.
(3) The air control valve is regularly checked for its normal function.
(4) If you don't use the machine for a long time, restart it to test and check all electrical systems.
(5) After the test, the inside of the box should be cleaned and the test box should be kept in a dry environment if possible.
(6) If the electrical components on the control panel need to be replaced in case of failure, please do not disassemble them yourself to ensure the life of the test chamber.
(7) If the nozzle is found to be clogged, the nozzle can be removed, cleaned with alcohol, xylene or 1:1 hydrochloric acid, or dredged with ultra-fine steel wire, but the surface needs to be cleaned inner cavity of the nozzle hole must not be damaged in order to avoid the Snot to impair the spraying quality.
