How to deal with the fabric strength machine not returning to its original position during use

Solution: It may be that the gap between the moving beam flapper and the limit bar is too small, causing the limit bar to touch the limit switch and an overrun alarm occurs. Adjust the distance between the movable beam shutter and the limit rod to allow the movable beam to move freely and manually clear the alarm.
4. The fabric strength machine upper and lower brackets collide together, and the power switch and control system compete for production, the system will display an alarm that the load force value is too large.
Solution:The upper and lower brackets may collide with each other due to misoperation. Together, the system's self-protection function starts. Try to clear the alarm and move the moving beam to the center of the fabric strength machine; if the alarm cannot be eliminated, try to turn off the power of the fabric strength machine, restart the strength machine and adjust the position of the moving element. If it still does not work, contact the manufacturer for someone to service skicken.
Note: If there is an issue with the impact of the top and bottom mounts, it is possible that the sensor could be damaged by excessive stress. After adjusting the position of the moving bar, it is best to measure the sensor to see if there is a large error in the test accuracy. If not, a new sensor needs to be updated.
