Solution: 1. Install the strings as needed
2. Adjust or clean the elastic washer properly and determine the strength by needle or single needle comparison
Fifth, the pointer cannot return to zero after the operation
Reasons: 1. The pointer bearing is dirty
2. The pointer nutis loose
Solution: 1. Clean the bearing
2. Remove the cover and tighten the nut
6. Positive value error
Reason: 1. Oil cylinder Piston has dirt and burrs
2. The pressure plate is rubbed on the pin and on the frameSolution: 1. Clean and deburr the cylinder and piston
2. Reposition the build plate
7. Negative value error
Reason: 1. The force gauge is rough
2. The pointer is stiff
3. The spring or frame has friction with other parts
Solution: 1. Remove the force gauge for polishing
2. Adjust the spring force
3. Adjust the corresponding part position
