One uses a sleeve pipe welding, smooth the top surface of the welded broken capillary and straighten each to about 10 cm in length. Prepare a copper sleeve about 5 cm long with an inner diameter equal to the outer diameter of the capillary. After polishing the weld joint between the ferrule and the capillary tube with fine sandpaper, insert the capillary from both ends of the ferrule. The joint should be in the middle of the sleeve and make the connection. The top of the head is solid and then soldered to both ends of the body.
