Universal tractor operation and use:
1: Power On>
1. After making sure the Power and Sigconnection of the machine are properly connected, turn on the machine in the following order: Tester→Computer →Printer.
2: Experimental operation process>
2.1 Install the bracket, select the bracket according to the sample situation, when the bracket has been installed on the test machine, check the bracket and according to the sample Adjust the limiting device according to the length of the device and the distance between the devices.
2.2 Open the SANS username and run the online operation
2.3 Click on the new test in the test section, select the corresponding test plan and enter the original user parameters of the probe (such as size, thickness, etc.)
2.4 To clamp the sample, first clamp the sample onto the chuck near one end of the force sensor, eliminate the force to elim the sample's own weightinate, and then clamp the other end of the sample.
2.5 Click the Run command button, and the device will run the test according to the test program set by the software.
2.6 After each sample is tested, the test result will be displayed on the right side of the screen. Then click the Create Report button to create a test report.
3.1 After the test work is completed, do the following in order: test machine→printer→computer.
3.2 After the experiment, put on the special cover of the instrument.
4.1 The boot order of the host computer and the computer will affect the communication initialization settings of the computer, so the user must strictly follow the above boot order.
4.2 Pre-installation after each boot After 5 minutes it can heat upthe test can only be performed when the system is stable.
4.3 If you have just started, you must start again, at least one minute break is guaranteed.
4.4 After replacing the jig, first make sure to adjust the adjustable locking ring.
4.5 Especially when testing with a small force sensor, the position of the adjustable retaining ring must be adjusted to avoid damage to the small force sensor due to incorrect operation.
4.6 Large deformation When not in use, please place the two clamping jaws in the protective device or turn them away so as not to damage the clamping jaws while the mobile beam is moving.
4.7 Never plug or unplug the power cord, otherwise it will easily damage the electric control part.
4.8 During the test, you must not stay away from the test machine.
4.9 During the test, press except dhe stop button and the emergency stop button, no other buttons on the control box, otherwise the test will be affected.
4.10 When changing the small force sensor, remember to change the test software, otherwise the small force sensor can easily be overloaded and damaged.
4.11 After the test, be sure to turn off all power.
4.12 This computer is specially used for the control and data processing of the testing machine. Please do not install other application software on the computer to avoid the normal operation of the testing machine application software.
4.13 Strictly according to the system requirements, the computer must be exited step by step and shut down normally, otherwise some programs will be damaged and the software cannot be used normally.
4.14 Do not use floppy disks of unknown origin or irrelevant to this machine to floppy diskten on the control computer of the test machine to write or read to avoid virus infection.
Five: Daily Maintenance
5.1 Always keep the equipment and computer clean and sanitary.
5.2 Avoid high temperature, excessive moisture, dust, corrosive media, water, etc. entering the device or computer.
5.3 Periodic inspection to maintain integrity of parts and components.
5.4 Be sure to apply anti-rust oil to rust-prone parts or accessories that have not been used for a long time, such as B. Fasteners and bolts.
5.5 The jaws of the device or the relatively sliding surface of the device should be kept clean to avoid impact. After making a series of samples, the debris in the tongs should be cleaned in time. If the teeth of the pliers are blocked, please clean them with one in gasolinedipped steel brush and avoid using hard tools for cleaning.
5.6 Be sure to change the oil every 2500 hours for the main motor with the reduction gear.
