Failures in high and low temperature boxes during use are inevitable. Even leaders in the environmental testing industry cannot say their test equipment will never fail. Although some minor errors do not affect the life of the test box, they still affect the test plan originally set by the operator. Therefore, the editors specifically asked our technicians for advice on which errors can be fixed by yourself and the corresponding solutions, hoping to provide users with some assistance.
1. High and Low Temperature If the box suddenly breaks down during use, the cause of the breakage will be displayed on the control instrument and an audible alarm will be generated to remind the operator, and the operator can according to the solution judgment displayed on the screeng handle it control instrument, or contact a safety professional.
2. When the low temperature test is performed, the test box cannot reach the set temperature, attention should be paid to the slow cooling caused by the rise after reaching a certain temperature. If it's the former, you'll need to check if it's because the studio hasn't dried before proceeding. If it is caused by the second reason, it must be checked whether it is because too many samples are placed in the studio, resulting in insufficient indoor air circulation. If none of these two reasons is the fault, then you need to find a professional technician to troubleshoot.
3. When using high and low temperature box for high temperature test, the temperature can not reach the set temperature value, then we need to check the electrical system of the device first to eliminate the faults one by one. If it is due to overheating slowly, then you need to check the air circulation system to see if the windshield is open normally. Otherwise, you need to check if the engine runs normally. If the temperature rises directly and the over-temperature protection device alarms, there may just be a problem with the control system and you need to contact the manufacturer for a replacement.
