During the use of the high and low temperature impact test chamber, due to irregular operation and other reasons, the equipment will be overloaded and the service life will be reduced, or some functions will be unused and wasteful. So how to avoid these problems?
First, choose the test equipment wisely. This requires a reasonable selection of the temperature range and usable volume of the high and low temperature test chamber according to the different conditions of the test material.
When selecting the temperature range, the commonly used test temperature of the test product should be considered. The extreme temperature sshould be reset based on usual temperature. Reasonable margin, if the extreme temperature is used often and long-term tests, the device will not be able to endure.
When considering the volume of the equipment, a reasonable ratio should be maintained between the test sample and the effective volume of the test chamber. For testing the heat test specimen, its volume should not be greater than one tenth of the usable volume of the test chamber. In the case of non-heatable test specimens, its volume should not exceed one third of the usable volume of the test chamber.
Second, operate the device properly. When using the equipment, it is necessary to be comfortable with the sample performance, test conditions, test procedures and test techniques required for the testto be aut to understand the structure of high and low temperature impact test chamber, to be familiar with the operation and performance of the controller, and to carefully read and use instructions, standardized operation, to avoid damage to test patterns and inaccurate test data caused by improper operation of test equipment to avoid due to operational errors.
Third place the test sample correctly. The test sample should be placed more than 10cm away from the wall of the high and low temperature impact test box, and multiple samples should be placed at the same level as possible. The sample should not block the air outlet and return air outlet, and a certain distance should be allowed for be reserved for the temperature sensor to ensure the accuracy of the test temperature.
